Job Title: HR/2012/2: DEPUTY DIRECTOR (FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION)

Job objective.
Reporting to Chief Executive officer, the Deputy Director, Finance and Administration will be responsible for the development and implementation of sound policies within the directorate that will ensure the support arm of the Hospital has the required strength and resources needed to realize its mission and objectives.

Overseeing and ensuring effective performance of the Administration Department (Human Resource, Finance, Supplies chain,and Technical and Corporate support services).
Initiating and participating in policy formulation for the Hospital.
