Job Objective
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will be expected to provide legal advice to the Hospital and provide secretarial service to the Board of Management.

Key responsibilities
•    To ensure timely and efficient management of disputes and cases.
•    To ensure the Hospital’s compliance with relevant statutory provisions.
•    Provision of legal advice on all matters including medico-legal issues and supply contracts.
•    Custody of all legal documents and the Hospital seals.
•    Institution of court action to recover Hospital debts.
•    Act on legal cases instituted by or against the Hospital.
•    Spearheading culture change to improve the Hospital...
