Job Objective
The Clerk of Works is responsible to ensure that the project for development of serviced apartments for the Hospitals staff superannuation scheme is carried out to the clients standards, specifications and schedules.
Key responsibilities
•    Maintain the required standards by ensuring that the correct (specified) materials are used and that good workmanship is achieved to give value for client’s money
•    Ensure the correct specifications by taking measurements, inspecting samples and catalogues and comparing to contract document specifications.
